By submitting content to Kindbloom (“we,” “us,” or “the Site”), you agree to these Submission Terms.

When you send us a story (“Submission”), you grant Kindbloom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

• publish, reproduce, distribute, display, edit, or adapt your Submission,

• use it in connection with Kindbloom’s projects — including research, publications, presentations, social media, or promotional materials, and

• store and archive it securely.

You retain ownership and copyright of your Submission.

We may credit your story with your name or pseudonym (whichever you choose).
If you prefer to stay anonymous, just tell us when you submit.

We may edit Submissions for clarity, grammar, or formatting, but we’ll preserve your voice and intent.
We may decline or remove content that is:

• unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory;

• infringing someone’s rights; or

• inconsistent with our community values.

By submitting, you confirm that:

• You are the author and own the rights to your Submission, or you have permission to share it.

• Your Submission doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights or contain unlawful material.

• You’re at least 13 years old, or have a parent/guardian submitting on your behalf.

• You’ve obtained any necessary consent from people mentioned or pictured.

You agree to hold Kindbloom harmless from any claims or damages that arise from your Submission, including any breach of these Terms or violation of third-party rights.

We collect only the information you choose to provide (like your name and email).
We’ll use it solely to:

• communicate about your Submission, and

• manage the site and community.

We won’t share or sell your personal data.
All data is handled in accordance with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

You can request that your story be removed or anonymized anytime by emailing contact@kindbloom.ca.

We’ll respond promptly and make reasonable efforts to delete it from our site.
Please note that:

• Copies may remain in backups or search engine caches, and

• If your story was included in research or publications before your request, we may not be able to retract it.

Kindbloom and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your Submission or use of the Site.
Our total liability will not exceed CAD $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we do, the “Last updated” date will change at the top of this page.
